Staff induction

Build the induction once. Every new starter gets it on day one.

Turn your handbook, your procedures and your policies into a short onboarding path. New starters are assigned it automatically, finish it on their phone, and you see who is done.

A thoughtful first day

A shared welcome. A path of their own.

Give every new starter a clear way forward, with the right training for their role and practical tasks their team lead can sign off.

A clear way forward.
  1. 01

    Their role

An onboarding path matched to their team or role.

  2. 02

    Their next step

Short lessons on their phone and a clear due date.

  3. 03

    Your visibility

Progress, reminders and a record when they finish.

Why it works

What you get.

Nobody repeats the welcome talk

The same complete induction for every starter, whoever is on leave that week.

Different paths for different roles

An onboarding path per role or team, with a checklist the team lead signs off.

You see who is done

Due dates, reminders in working hours, escalation to the team lead, and a record at the end.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Upload what you already have

  2. Build the path and set the due date rule

  3. Add a new starter and let it run

Questions

Common questions.

What counts as a new starter?

Anyone added within their start period gets the new-starter status automatically and the onboarding assignments that come with it. No team to maintain.

Can a team lead sign off a practical task?

Yes. A checklist task can require a team lead's sign-off before it counts as done.

Does it work for staff without a company email?

A personal email address works. Staff sign in with Google, Microsoft or email.

Try it with your own policy.

Start a free 14-day trial, upload one document and see the lesson it becomes. No card, up to 25 people, and you can extend it once if your team needs longer.
