Policy sign-off

Who acknowledged which version of which policy, and when.

Upload the policy. Lernoa Business drafts a short course and a quiz from it, adds the acknowledgement step, and records every sign-off against the exact version it was done on.

A clear trail

Every update has its own story.

The policy changes. The record of what came before stays intact. Connect every assessment and acknowledgement to the version your team actually read.

VERSION 02 VERSION 03
  1. 01

    The version

Published content stays frozen. A change becomes a new version.

  2. 02

    The understanding

The assessment records the score and the questions missed.

  3. 03

    The acknowledgement

A separate sign-off, with its own wording and time.

Why it works

What you get.

Proof in minutes

An auditor, an insurer or a client asks. You export a CSV or a per-person PDF. Done.

Versions that never change

A published policy course is frozen. When you publish an update you choose who re-acknowledges, and the old records stay as they were.

Checked, then signed

A short assessment before the acknowledgement checks understanding, and the acknowledgement is recorded on its own, with its own time. Scores and missed questions are in the record too.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Upload the policy

  2. Review and publish the draft

  3. Assign with a due date and let the reminders chase

Questions

Common questions.

Is an acknowledgement the same as passing the quiz?

No. The record shows both separately: the quiz score and the acknowledgement, each with its own time.

What happens when the policy changes?

You publish a new version and choose: keep completions, re-acknowledge only, retake the assessment, or complete again. The old version's records stay untouched.

Can people sign on a phone?

Yes. The course, the quiz and the acknowledgement all work on any phone.

What does the record actually show?

One row per person and version: the assessment result and when, which questions were missed, the acknowledgement wording and its time, and the certificate and its expiry. The worked example page shows one, and what it looks like after the policy changes.
