A person counts if, on any day of your licence, they were active, had accepted their invite and held at least one training assignment or a current certificate that you track for renewal. An invitation that was never accepted never counts. People who were never assigned anything are never counted. Owners, admins and managers with nothing assigned are free. Deactivate someone who leaves, free; their records stay, and they are not counted at a renewal more than 90 days later. Your billing page always shows who is counted.

Prices exclude tax. Any GST, VAT or sales tax that applies where you are is added at checkout. A business in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, must give us a valid VAT number at checkout and accounts for VAT itself under the reverse charge, which our invoice says.

You buy a licence for a number of people for 12 months, and pay for it monthly, in 12 equal payments, or all at once for 11 of those months: the year at once is one month free. Founding customers get 15 months for the price of 12, whichever way they pay; this replaces the standard upfront offer, so the two offers do not stack. The 12 months are the price of the licence. If payments stop, after 14 days your workspace goes into a restricted state: your team keeps finishing what was assigned, reminders keep going and your records stay exportable, but nothing new can be published, assigned or drafted until the account is paid up, and the licence stays payable. At the end it renews for another 12 months unless you switch renewal off, which you can do at any time; we email you 30 days and 7 days before it renews with the number of people and the amount, and you can cancel a renewed term free within 14 days.

You choose a number of people at checkout. You can go up to 10% over that number without any change. If the highest count in a quarter goes above that, you pay for everyone over the number you chose, at the same per-person rate, for the rest of the licence, as extra monthly payments (or one invoice if you paid all at once). Before we add them you get a 14-day notice showing who was counted, so you can tell us about an error and deactivate anyone who has left so they do not count next quarter. The count is never lowered mid-term, because it is a licence for that many people; at renewal it is lowered if your team shrank. At renewal you pay for the most people you had in training at once in the last 90 days; someone you deactivated more than 90 days before renewal is not counted. The renewal email shows the number.

They stay read-only and exportable for 12 months. After that a records plan, $89$149$149£79€79 a year, keeps your certificates, acknowledgements and exports available (no new assignments or AI), or you can have everything deleted. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before anything is deleted.

Course drafting and narration are included up to an annual chapter allowance. A chapter includes its narration, its quiz questions and its share of the final assessment. The number of AI-written chapters a year is 60 at 10, 120 at 25, 180 at 50, 300 at 100 and 500 at 200 people (in between, pro rata; above 200, 2 more per person), and half as many again in your first year, when most of the setup happens. A chapter over about 1,500 words counts as two, an update counts only the chapters it changes, and a draft that fails never counts. Ask has a separate allowance: 10 questions per person a month, pooled across your team. Reaching a limit pauses AI drafting or Ask; published training, its audio, reminders and records are never blocked. If you need more, 100 extra AI-written chapters cost $149$249$249£129€129 and remain available while your licence is active. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

A learner can ask a question of the training they have. Answers come from that text only, cite the chapter and page, and say so when the answer is not there. Ask is 10 questions per person a month, pooled across your team. Managers never see anyone's Ask history. There is one on the worked example page.

Every person from 101 to 500 costs $1.25$2$2£1€1 a month on the licence, and the price per person keeps falling as you grow. Above 500 people, or if you need changes to the contract, ask us for a quote.

Two optional things. Extra AI-written chapters, in packs of 100 for $149$249$249£129€129. And a guided setup, $290$490$490£250€250 once: two sessions with us to build your first three policies from your own documents, import your people and send your first assignment.

Prices can change at most once a year, by at most 7%, with 60 days' notice, and a licence you have started never changes price during its 12 months. Founding customers keep their price until 31 March 2030.
